Your guide will take you through the bustling city streets to the first stop: Con Market, the largest wholesale and retail market in the central region.
05:00 pm: Con Market is a local favorite, with over 2,000 vendors selling everything from fresh produce to local delicacies. Here, we’ll sample Mi Quang, a delicious noodle dish served with shrimp, pork, and a thick turmeric-infused broth, topped with grilled rice paper. Next, we’ll try Banh Xeo, a crispy pancake stuffed with bean sprouts, shrimp, pork, and herbs, served with a special Da Nang dipping sauce. Don’t forget to taste Bun Cha Ca, a fragrant fish noodle soup, a regional variation of the Northern favorite. For dessert, you’ll try Da Nang’s famous sweet soups, such as lotus seed and pea soups, which have been passed down through generations.
