Agreement: By booking a tour or service with Top Asian Travel, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a payment.

1. Booking & Confirmation

To secure a booking with Top Asian Travel, you must complete the payment process as described in Section 2. The booking is considered final only when we send you a Booking Confirmation Email.

  • Please check your confirmation email carefully and report any incorrect details (names, dates) immediately.
  • We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be processed immediately.

2. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise stated.

  • Full Payment Required: To secure your reservation and guarantee the service, full payment (100%) of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
  • Payment Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until the full payment has been successfully received by Top Asian Travel.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and online transfers via authorized payment gateways.
  • Transaction Fees: Any bank charges or transaction fees imposed by the payment gateway or your bank are the responsibility of the client.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing via email at info@topasiantravel.com. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment after deducting the cancellation fees below:
